A reminder that every year there are numerous Oscar snubs and it’s an imperfect process. While the nominations are fun to look at and cheer for certain winners, don’t let them affect your enjoyment of any film

Very sad day for film and art as a whole. RIP David Lynch, one of the few people who really was deserving of being called a visionary.

Surprised to see so many people disliking Lily Rose-Depp’s performance in Nosferatu. Thought she probably delivered the best performance of the film alongside Hoult

Would be so much more interested in Superman if it was just a standalone.

And I’m not one to hand wave and call anything comic book related capeshit, I just feel like we’ve moved on from this extended universe stuff.

All this stuff just undermines the only actual good part of marvel. Everything since Thanos has just been depressing. Also I find it funny Evans was very hesitant to be Captain America and do these types of roles and now that’s all he does. In between these he’s taking the Ryan Reynolds roles.
Chris Evans has reportedly been cast in #AvengersDoomsday

It's unknown which role he is playing

Been a long while since I’ve watched a show where part of the fun is all the crazy theories the fans come up with. Silo has scratched that itch, with just a tad quality control issue. Also, for as amazing of an actor Rebecca Ferguson is, it’s funny to watch her accent come and go randomly

One of the most bizarre discourses of all time is people claiming sex scenes don’t belong in tv shows/movies and nothing would be lost if they were removed. Where did this growing sentiment even come from?

Gladiator 2’s script kind of falls apart about 45~ mins in and never recovers. Mescal lacks the magnetism Crowe brought, but he wasn’t given much to work with. Dialogue needed a few more workshops. Pacing is far too quick in latter end of act 2. It’s… fine. Denzel was the great though
