I know, but they don’t actually do anything other than promote things. And when you msg these accts with even the most basic of questions they go un-answered. Thank you for responding, I appreciate it and if you could pass my thoughts along to the person who is in charge of that, it would be great.

Awesome. I will do that! As a suggestion, VS should have a social media presence when it comes to customer service like most companies these days. Social media shouldn’t just be to promote items and sales. Just my opinion. 😊
