Started my aligner journey last week and I can already tell I’m about to have straight teeth and a snatched waist because who’s taking them in and out every 5 minutes to snack?!… no snacks for me!

When you achieve things you’ve always wanted to you’ll feel very unfazed about getting older. A lot of age anxiety comes from feeling unaccomplished

Uno what I realised… Love alone isn’t enough. U have to consider a persons values, work ethic, money habits, crisis management style, discipline level… I could go on

I hate when people say ‘I’m a strong black woman’. I dont want to be ‘strong’ everyday. I would love to live in a more relaxed and gentle state, but my environment needs to feel safe enough for that.
