MTG rules question. Effects that say "name a card" require choosing a name in Oracle (CR 201.4) But some Universes Beyond cards (mechanically unique) aren't in Gatherer. Are these cards unnameable by rules intent?

If you've never been to a 7/11 this may come as a harsh reality to you but...
