Fun fact: In 2014, Phoenix courts convicted a black woman for the crime of accepting a ride from a stranger. This happened due to Phoenix Municipal Code Section 23-52(A)(3), which also criminalizes waving at cars, talking to passersby, and asking if someone is a police officer.

I googled one random player from their list. He wasn't trans, and it wasn't exactly a girl's sport. It was mostly girls, but the local rules allowed mixed-gender teams under some conditions.

We can, and the New Hampshire constitution does have a clause about that. However, at this moment you still care what's legal. When laws become horrible enough, eventually you won't care. That will be the day when the Declaration of Independence becomes the only law that matters.
