Does this mean NY can now indict him for campaign finance fraud on all those (taxpayer funded) matching contributions of straw donations without having to worry about affecting the mayoral race? The dismissed indictment was federal and concerned mostly FARA violations.

Why this is far worse than Nixon. Tricky Dick had some level of shame. He tried desperately to hide his sins against We the People and the Constitution. He left rather face impeachment. 1/2

Fantastic job on CNN Professor Jarvis. Please keep calling out these hypocrites. You chimed in with the essence of these arguments - 1st Amendment principles and the FCC's blatant violation of the public trust. Has anyone else noted the irony of BC's threat being levied on Comrade Benny's show? 👊

I was not a huge fan of Abby. But she did a fantastic job tonight continually getting back to the real points despite Jennings and Walker attempts to muddy the waters with whataboutisms, straw man arguments and red herrings. Much respect and keep it up.

Shouldn't Bondi, ICE ICE Barbie, Rubio, Kash, etc consider investigating before shipping them off - what if they're accomplices?!? Doesn't it take a few days to subpoena these folks' social media and messaging apps?
