This is why I don't tend to accept fb requests from folks I meet playing hockey, like I know I crack a lot of jokes on the ice but I'm mostly an angry downer

The blue mana symbol from Magic the Gathering, which is all the poorer for having this aspect of its colour pie. It is a colour without honour or meaning, and I can never respect anyone who plays it.

Quick first thoughts on FISH BONES, a cooperative dice game of fishing through the day with your friends, inspired by @d20plusmodifier.bsky.social's lament on the paucity of fishing games. Alt text has clearer text transcription.

- Every cast is a roll of the dice
- A "bite" is when your rolled dice include a "threshold" set - i.e. 3 of a kind means it could be a sheeps head or a Sun fish
- Once you have a bite, bring dice to your side one at a time "reel", trying to determine & then land your fish
- Smaller fish have smaller thresholds and are easier to reel in
- Each cast moves the time tracker, and the time tracker determines the
available thresholds/fish
- Your flies can preset certain dice in your casts
