Behold: medical binder! Doctor’s notes, imaging disks, lab reports, PT notes, etc. Printed and sorted by doctor or specialty, one for each surgery. Goes with me to every appointment. Everyone always wants to see everyone else’s notes and no one uses the same EMR.
