The current state of the world and the level of hate I see everywhere makes me incredibly sad.
The inability to trust anything I see, read, or hear, leaves me wondering how we'll find our way to the other side.
Loving ourselves is the first step, followed closely by loving our neighbors.

This morning as I meditated on the shore of a lake in northern Minnesota, an image of a tree stump came to me. Unsure of the meaning, I ultimately decided to sit on it. Once I did, a grey wolf approached me on my left and stood next to me with an air of intention. It felt safe and wise.
