The level of dedication drivers have for proving that yes, the AliExpress crap I ordered WAS delivered and cannot be denied. I’ll never forget when Canada Post took my SportChek order TO SportChek, instead of taking it to my store 20m away. SC declined it and it went back to the sender RIP.

The only thing infant formula is used for is feeding infants. Locking it up is complete garbage - if someone out there steals it and sells it for less, GOOD. This isn’t like robbing a hardware store - formula will go to an infant regardless. 🤦♀️ tf is this even

Daylight Savings as a concept sounds so stupid that I’m glad I’ve never had to experience it first hand. The most I’ve been inconvenienced by it is a change in time of inter-provincial Teams meetings.

Yesterday I saw an image of the shocker hand with the phrase, ‘one in the thoughts, two in the prayers’, which is actually fantastic because it’s now what I’ll think of when I see a car sporting that decal. A sense of peace. A problem solved. Years of dirt washed away.

I am so, so desperate to have my birth certificate reverted. My stepdad (no shade) legally adopted me as an adult, but didn’t know my BC would be rewritten. Given my actual dad has been 🪦 since ‘07, I don’t even know if this is possible as I learned since then I was anonymously donor conceived.
why, as adults, can’t we annul our adoptions?
why are we not free to reclaim our original identities, but instead must forever remain tethered to a legal contrivance made with no possibility of our consent?

I initially wanted one because they’re basically Marge’s 🥔 - ‘I just think they’re neat’. At this stage in the game I’m now making a 3hr round trip through Vancouver to a store that will literally just sell me one for very little markup. Basically what I’d pay on the website with shipping.

I’m always on a notification list for Labubu restocks but they usually happen when I’m at work. Last night I learned it’s not enough to add one to your basket, but it’s an unhinged game of rapid clicking and high stakes and holy crap I just want to buy one like a normal human wtf is this.

i think donor-conceived people have it worse, because genetic anonymity is the bedrock principle of the industry through which they come into existence, and it is the entire reason that clients seek parenthood by its means and that “donors” sell their parentage to the cryobanks.

The bidet I installed in 2016 has an irreparable leak. In the years since, the bidet market has become saturated beyond recognition and I can’t find a single one that has the features of mine - a temperature dial, front/back dial, and a self cleaning nozzle. Ughhhh
