The timestamp on this comic is November 20, 2011. I posted it to the Spamusers fan forum for the email subject line "Are you a noble person?"

Just thought some guillotine fan art would be appropriate today.
Poorly drawn of single panel comic which pretty unambiguously depicts public executions during the French revolution, where an ostentaciously dressed noble (ostrich feather in their hat and all) attempts to sneak through a mob of people, while another person tries to assess whether they would be more suited for the guillotine in the background.
