Like the optics weren't that great in the other scandals either, but people accepted that it was their responsibility to be squeaky clean even if wasn't directly them. Looks bad.

And even if they are completely honest, it doesn't instil confidence when they or their agents or family doesn't either practice a duty of care within the rules and repeatedly fucks up?

It's SO UNFAIR to assume person controlling the nation's purse strings follows the rules and makes sure others do to, because it might mean their honesty is in question?

My half-sister had this on 7"...and Say Hello, which I inherited cos she left them behind. So I knew it from when I was small, when it was released...but didn't really 'get' what it was about til much, much later.
