Untrustworthy #FinX tabloid rag. Lots of rumors.

Everything is in my opinion, so correct me if wrong.

Don't trust me, and you should probably verify.
This is the second time that his landlord filed motion to compel and for sanction due to Farrand not responding to jury trial & discovery request that he himself asked for.

The case is Feingold Property Management LLC v William P Farrand, case number 2024 LTB 004739

His landlord alleges that despite requesting jury trial and discovery to delay the eviction, he has not been cooperative where it comes to Farrand's requirement to produce discovery result.

Then the court struck his jury demand.

They say he's ignoring discovery request.

He owed $37,358 in unpaid rent thru Nov, and when they went for a Bell Hearing (where Farrand argued that he wasn't paying rent because there was a serious problem with his $3990/mo rental unit), the court ordered him to pay $3k into the court pending resolution.

Hey @shorty-ocelot.bsky.social :

Since Mark B is joining your Spaces call, if you feel like, can you ask him what his thought is on republican / Trump judges from Texas & 5th court of appeals striking down the SEC dealer rule that 50%+ of his business relies on?
