Federal Workers Buyout…given less than a week to take or leave a dodgy offer, with promises of salary and benefits through September…Congress hasn't appropriated funds to cover those costs past March 14. The left hand doesn’t know (and seems not to care) what the right hand is doing. Impressed yet?
