Absolutely Pippa! There is likely to be mixed views (drivers and barriers) about systemic change - ie ambivalence in the system. MI skills in eliciting change talk (reasons for making the change) and softening sustain talk (barriers/reasons to stay the same) would be so applicable here 😍
