Trump's approval ratings are tanking. He's flailing on the economy. Epstein haunts him. Republicans are beginning to revolt against him.

He's not all powerful.

A tyrant can exercise tyranny only insofar as the objects of his tyranny continue to allow it.

Remember this.

It is more than possible that Labour's anti-immigration policies will cause a significant decline, on top of that which we already have, in people coming to the UK.
The outcome of that is disastrous for everyone.

Nigel Farage is probably delighted today that Reform have the most members of a political party.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Not easy to get to sleep tonight - have burnt the bridge of whatever career I had left and really don’t feel that my opinions are so extreme that that should have been necessary
Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

I used to work for an American company and there was always the possibility of moving out there.

You honestly couldn't pay me enough to even try to visit there now
NEW: Five years of social media history is only a fraction of what the US Government will shortly demand of overseas visitors.

The full requirements will end tourism in the United States.

Below is the full, mind-blowing list.

It's 10 years since the Paris climate agreement.

Before Paris, the world was heading for 4 degrees of warming; it’s now headed for 2.5 degrees. We must continue this progress to limit heating and reduce its impacts.

Every fraction of a degree matters for the future of humanity.

People living in disgusting conditions. Our Government is spending £476m on the militarisation of the border.

We must divert that money to a humanitarian response that treats people with basic dignity.

Indeed.
The alarming trend I'm seeing in 2025 is that companies are quietly laying off employees and replacing their positions with AI.

This means that even if the economy improves, those jobs are not coming back.

So where will these people work? What will this do to our economy?

In colder months, a time when foliage is thin and the females are pregnant, the deer in Studley Royal need a bit of help, so the wonderful ranger team head out to feed them each day.

They've now learned what the tractor means and here they are, lining up and excited for some turnips!
