Missed my point completely. But you kind of made one of your own, good job! In the USA, the funding for education and the funding for nutritional support in schools come from entirely different streams (departments of govt) and aren’t related. Schools don’t take money from programs to pay for food.

Shouldn’t all families be able to feed their children what they need, regardless of where they go during the day? I’m just saying if we live in a country where parents can’t afford to feel their own damn children…the fact that schools can’t/won’t feed them is the wrong thing to focus on.
