Unfortunately representatives don’t appear to care. There are very few swing districts left, and the rest are comfortably gerrymandered in their position.

It’s no surprise that Congress represents donors and not constituents. It’s been that way for way too long. The only way to stop it is to get $ out of politics, but no one in Congress is willing to do that.

In the states companies fire all their long time, skilled employees because they cost too much. They hire new employees requiring time & training with lower productivity to lower labor cost, then complain about a skill gap. 🤷🏼♂️
