Funny how almost all the human parents who ever lived raised their kids without chatGPT, though to be fair, some of them raised numpties like this and defectives like Trump and Musk

Yes. In monospaced typewriter 'fonts' the full stop is in the centre of the key (as are the comma, apostrophe, colon and semi-colon) and, so you need the extra space after it to make it clear that it belongs to the previous sentence. In proportionally spaced type, that's not necessary and is wrong.

Me neither. The profit from touting isn't fed back to the promoters (and probably isn't declared for tax, either). If promoters can sell out and profit on events at x face value, the removal of touts doesn't change that equation. But it also doesn't decrease face value, just what you might pay

Sorry, am I missing something here? How do bands/promoters benefit from touts profiting?

I think it's more that there's a huge lobby from the parties that benefit from the current arrangement, especially as many of our 'suppliers' are now foreign-owned in whole or part

The alarming part is that on paper (literally) you do have a system that doesn't allow one person to have that much power

I'd defy anyone with an ounce of curiosity in them to look at those rocks and not wonder 'how did they get like that?'

There was indeed an immediate hit from the vote and the volatile period that followed, but we're far enough out from leaving under the terms that were agreed that it's perfectly clear we have a dragging anchor

Do we have reliable data that battery EVs last 250,000km? Does the calculation here allow for battery replacement? Our first one needed a new battery after four years and less than 50,000km. And how many fossil fuel cars actually last that long?

A large European majority wants peace by getting Putin out of Ukraine. He could call off his invasion tomorrow and there would be peace.

This is the way the UK energy market was structured when it was privatised and no one has the political will or clout to change it, it seems
