A guy on instagram posted a video of his kitty, said it attacked him once, he did something to it, from what he described, some sort of physical punishment, swearing that made it docile, I was disgusted, immediately unfollowed.

Saw a video of a newborn who “wasn’t crying” but seems to be clearly breathing, hard patting and shoving a suction tube down their throat all to make them cry, and it sent me spiraling.
For most birth is the first trauma, and if you don’t cry you’re not alive.

I fainted after squatting for 2 minutes and I’m not sure if I hit my head, it’s called orthostatic hypotension, to prevent this right after standing cross your legs.

Watching Chief of war is a little challenging with all the beautiful bodies walking around in beach ready attire, it’s very distracting in an h word way.

My trainer got covid a week ago, I messaged him today and he didn’t reply, had to workout alone for the first time in a VERY long time, I like it but I’m not quite confident about my technique so it’s a bit discouraging.
