If you want to do right by your community, how about:

1. Edit feature
2. Private accounts
3. Allow attachable media in DMs with user approval
4. protect LGBTQ people
5. Stop flagging non NSFW posts as NSFW
6. Protect NSFW content.
7. Better moderation to tame trolls, bots, scammers and AI slop. =>

Don’t forget that some places still have fax machines, which are also significantly harder to ignore than emails
