Thanks for that, did like the Bexhill Bench,not a good idea to break the law especially as the police station was in Cantlelupe Road. 👍

When I moved to Amherst Rd in 1961 with my mother we lived at No.39 which looks like the 3rd house on the left.

Should have closed the line from W St Leonards to Crowhust, continued along through Bexhill and then just passed Sackville road bridge turned right to join the line to Crowhust, even in the 1930s this was a possibility.
