I feel like I’ve been screaming all day.

I feel like I’m struggling. Even at the barest things. It’s so hard. I try to be functional and productive but it’s takes the longest time to perform the most basic of tasks. It makes me hate myself and I think something is wrong with me.

My premenstrual symptoms have been intense this month and I’ve been extra mad at my boyfriend. I don’t feel loved by him right now. I’m so upset.

It’s a new month. Yay.

Went to dinner with my boyfriends family and I absolutely love them. I was, however, very shy and almost non communicative. I hope they understood. Sigh.
