I’m feeling super overwhelmed. Swamped.

But I make this a priority.

Because I’ll be more mentally able to deal with all the things if I do this ONE thing for me.

Monday Grind

My finisher was repping on push ups

There was a time when a push up was laughable. Now I do them so many ways

Mom Hack!

Every week I make a batch of sheet pan protein pancakes (actually my middle kid does haha)

We use half for a make ahead breakfast (just toast them!) and half for a tasty school
Hour lunch.

Such an easy sanity saver.

Real talk: I didn’t want to show up at all today.

With the weather so dreary lately I’m extra tired and just don’t want to.

But the best thing you can do is ignore your feeling and do it anyways.

It’s one thing I wish more people embraced.

Shorten it, switch it, go less intense. But show up.
