I was 195 in that 1st pic and now I'm 165! The difference isn't how I looked because I looked good in that 1st pic until I started feeling bad all the time due to what I was eating and drinking! Now I eat what my body tells me too, to not feel sick or inflammed all the time! I can fit my wedding ring again! Took ALOT of processed foods out my diet and started eating way more whole foods like if I want fries I make them with olive oil and real potatoes instead of that frozen bag! I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables! I also don't drink as often as I once did! My digestive system works more properly, my inflammation is down which makes you sick! I feel great now! I splurge on occasions! Moderation IS KEY!💯
