The sleeves, depending on how much we want them to animate and if we want them to be physics driven, would be tedious. And the split that travels up the elbow looks like it might behave differently from the white sleeve underneath... I also tend to over think and over engineer when I rig.

Not a particularly adept modeler, but I have some confidence in my ability to rig. It would depend on the animation needs but the very loose sleeves would give me some trouble.

Hmmm, I think the silhouette of the firing pose is kind of unclear. Also, a snapper timing for when they hit that pose would feel more impactful.

With some extra tinkering, you can set up the arms for some cartoony noodle like deformations
