Wherefore rejoice? What conquest brings he home?
What tributaries follow him to Rome,
To grace in captive bonds his chariot-wheels?

Outgunned, outnumbered, but never outclassed!
It's like when they went to fight for Croatia during the Yugoslav Wars: go for it boys, sign up in large numbers and fight with suicidal bravery, either way it works out for the rest of us!

The US armed forces won't remain apolitical forever, you know. They're far too powerful; this isn't Weimar Germany or modern Russia.

He'll be partying in Rublyovka with Assad and Yanukovych no doubt!

Surely it would be appropriate to fly drones suspiciously close to it with no notice?

A fun thought experiment to conceive of just how out-of-his-depth Witkoff finds himself is to imagine that you are tasked with facilitating and closing the sale of www.loopnet.com/Listing/192-... this building.

Right now, with your current knowledge, first meeting is in 3 hours. Good luck!

Here we have a genuine use case for LLMs: transcripting, translating and possibly précis-ing tedious interminable meetings. That's the sort of drudge work nonhumans were meant for!

Blood is $150 per unit, a lot of hassle to extract and store, and only lasts a week at room temperature. As soon as the blood was moved to the border, it was a done deal. That's why a lot of people realised it would happen at the end of Jan 22.

I think 'try to one-up people on obscure doctrinal matters in public' is in Corinthians somewhere.

The trucks are owned by an associate of Mr Soprano and if you don't let them through unmolested, Furio will want to know why. It won't tickle either.

USA is #14 in the world and climbing for OG football these days y'know, higher than traditional football countries like Mexico and Uruguay. It's hard to get past the advantage of rules so simple that even a dog can learn to play.

Austria's armed forces aren't bad at all for their size and low cost, plus unlike much of the rest of Europe they're actively and very speedily rearming. Also they're big fans of money, much like the Swiss, so will likely cut some sort of deal.

PS: five years ago if you'd have told me I'd be shouting 'ami go home!' with no trace of irony, I'd have requested you put the pipe down and get some sleep. Events, dear boy...

Something I haven't seen mentioned: there are 35k potentially hostile troops in Germany with lord knows what sort of warfighting materiel right now. That's a serious threat to all of Europe, specifically German sovereignty. Get them out NOW
