We actually chose ours -- Cujo. We were foolishly hoping that the name the rescue organization gave him was ironic. He's still deciding if our choice suits him.

I don't believe that there are enough Democrats who are not: purists, one-issue voters, and/or practical. Going for the perfect rather than the good enough -- especially at the last minute (meaning presidential elections) -- spells defeat.
