Peorians came out in droves yesterday as part of the coordinated nationwide Hands-Off protests. A crowd 400 strong showed up and stretched along one of the city’s busiest roads and said NO to this fascist regime! We the people will keep up the vocal and economic pressure and take our country back!

Received a non-answer from representative LaHood today about the ongoing constitutional crisis.

Another successful #50501 protest at the Springfield capitol today! Over 200 folks of all walks of life braved the cold and took to the streets to stand up for our democracy! The time to fight for the soul of this country is now, and rest assured the fight is just beginning.

For those who can make it we’ll be having another protest in Springfield on Monday for Presidents Day. In addition to the capitol protests in front of the Lincoln statue we’re also working on getting a permit to march the streets. Make sure to dress warmly, and hope to see you there!
