What’s your favorite Pokemon game? Heart Gold / Soul Silver would be mine.

I rarely listen to other people recommending me games except my wife. She understands what I will enjoy more than myself sometimes.

I too am 40, and it’s perfectly fine to get excited for anything. I’m really excited a new generation gets to play the Lunar games.

Demo's that allow you to pick up where you left off is awesome though.

Depends on the story behind the side quest. Side quest that are “go fetch 5 wheat” and you never interact with the character again is bad and a waste of time.

A combination of consoles not dropping in price and most people who want those consoles probably already have them. But I remember a few years back the series x dropped to 350 and series S to 200 for Black Friday and they didn’t this year.

I agree. These are the same people who think graphic power means better games. Nintendo has never cared about graphics, only about making good games. I remember the arguments I had with people about it, and they still think they are right despite the sales the switch has.

I believe it has to do with the overall “failure” of the Wii U. People thought Nintendo didn’t learn their lesson and was going with another gimmick instead of listening to fans. They were wrong, the switch was basically the same as the Wii at launch, and Nintendo proved them wrong again.

My favorite are salespeople in dungeons or caves. Yeah there are monsters everywhere but I’m going to get coin if I stay here!

This was even more of an accomplishment before the internet days. Playing games on the nes snes rewarded you for exploring every nook and cranny.

I never got into the game….. I tried it, but after the crazy great start of Final Fantasy X, it’s hard to have to wait for the game to get good.

I live Stardew Valley, but I play differently from most people (or so I assume by what I have read here). I typically go hard to start and will have quality sprinklers before the end of spring so I can chill the rest of the game.

I was never great at pinball, but they are still fun to play! Best birthdays are the ones where you get to do what you want with the people you want too!

I miss playing this with my wife. We would build towns and unique castles. My favorite was the spider castle

I agree, but I can tell you in a lot of rural areas, there is no logic to where anything is. There is a town where the city hall is nearly outside the city limits lol

I have a hard time articulating either bad or good. What’s so good about the game? Uhm, stuff. I don’t know I really like it.
