watching one of the canucks hockey games we could watch in european prime time 👍 (this post was written before we get scored on)

have not been on social media platforms much because of this and we barely took pictures of ourselves so have some rotund nuggets as a life update

i am completely normal about my hockey interest btw

maximum of three languages only this is an erasure of me, who knows multiple languages,

as i return to watercolours in recent years i've been gravitating more towards water-resistant or even waterproof inks but seeing how many diamine inks i had gotten when i lived overseas... i should probably give them another try

at least i have primary colours to work with for an ink painting?

doodled something out while trying to revive my lamy joy dupes (bought them for ~$1 each off aliexpress when it was still possible for me)

the scratchiness were due to me testing out the pen 😅 should really take more care of my pens

this small doodle i did while i was at my family's hometown definitely wasn't inspired by a series i binge-watched the other day

unfortunately the mod on the 4.5mm nib ended up being rather botched. it was too scratchy for wide horizontal strokes! so i had to grind it down to make it less of a ruling pen and more of a... let's say my style of nib because i actually ended up liking it. 😂

bought a 3.0mm pilot parallel pen last week and instantly fell in love with it, so i bought three more sizes and modded all of them right away.

i'm not much of a calligrapher—more of a doodler—so the mods are justified. 😌
