对于违背基础经济和市场规律的行为，无一例外要说no，例如工会。雇佣的本质是自由市场的自由交易，却因为政治因素而创造出了工会这个怪胎。工会最大的错误是将政府和公司混为一谈，用对政府的要求来要求公司。但是政府是先天强制的组织结构，政府的权力是直接获取的，所以政府需要被监督，政府的目标应该是让整个社会获取最大收益。但是公司的搭建是完全自主的，公司的核心目标只有一个，就是生存壮大。公司和员工的关系更像是球队，大家一起奔向一个目标，而不是公司要负责养着球队，让每一个球员的福利最大化。
