The primary objective of this study was to assess current practices for latent tuberculosis infection screening and the use of preventive tuberculosis therapy before starting systemic psoriasis therapies, specifically Methotrexate & IL inhibitors.

Does anyone know of a dry cleaner in Halifax that could clean Kevin's down filled jacket at a REASONABLE cost? They can be washed at home following specific instructions but would put it in good hands if they didn't charge an arm and a leg. Looked up one place and they wanted $50 for one jacket !!

That's the last of the tomatoes from one of the poly tunnels, surprised we still got some this time of year as due to Mrs Fred's health problems I gave up looking after the garden in September.
