Next to it another experiment. Pak choi + fried chicken thighs, with ginger, garlic, spring onion, light soy and sesame oil.

The aubergines were really something, juicy and crispy, despite the sauce. The chicken-dish - was ok. Nothing special. Needs something to really make it sparkle.

Still a word of caution:
You shouldn't use the rose pedals from your garden for this, since rose fertilizers could have some stuff in it you don't want inside your body. Since the gardenshop doesn't think you'll be eating your roses.😅
I learned that after the fact; got no sideeffects, but still. 😆

Nice! Good luck and success, I dabbled a little with German sausage making, but your post reminded me of expanding my horizon a bit more. 😄 Especially since the only lap xuong sausage I have access to come form the supermarket.
