Comcast/Xfinity has made it hard to get to a human being when I need support and I know, without a modicum of doubt, when I need to talk to a human being for my tech support.

Stopped paying for Duolingo after I learned that the quality drop I noticed was most likely directly related to a switch to AI to do a number of tasks.
Turns out that it's a lot harder for me to maintain my streak in the free version. A little bummed about this number. (Down from 617)
