I got a thing in the Arsenal match day programme, that was good, I liked that. it was about how social media made the world smaller and thus nicer, so in retrospect a very bad piece of writing and intuition. but it was good at the time.
it is, it’s the reason we didn’t go bigger first time around. the vomitoria at Wembley are pretty broad. the issue with Highbury is that bottleneck going to Arsenal station particularly. iirc we were supposed to contribute to expansion funding at the time of the move but didn’t.
stadium expansion all very interesting but still quite hard to see how the club get around the infrastructure restrictions that inhibited a bigger ground the first time around.
