I *might* have c*vid for the fourth fucking time so I’ve been wearing a mask when I must go somewhere so I don’t spread it.

I would recommend finding something, if you can, that requires little to no action on your part. Like, looking at birds, watch someone build something, watch someone clean something basically watch someone do something productive? That helps me sometimes.

Usually when I get like this I’ll force myself to sit outside somewhere (provided weather and temp allow). Just sitting and listening, watching, and breathing helps me a lot. I’m a very naturey person tho- so this might not help
