Indoor hobby time! Early stages of making some stuff for gaming in the next few months. These were my first attempts at hotwire cutting for bricks. I have a bunch of flocking glued to them now but I'm waiting for the glue to dry before I take more pictures.

And my winged vampire skelly. There's too much light for him on this side of the house, but no light at all on the other. He fell down 2 times on windy days, but I angled his base so he landed in the yard and not on the fence

Wargaming time before I have to go back to work tomorrow. I swear Five Leagues isn't the only game I have. Anyway, my party had to steal a corruption skull from a ghoul bone pit. We managed to hold the field with two fighters downed. The archers really showed up for this one.

Making some wargaming terrain. The glue isn't entirely dry yet and I still want to add some trees and shrubs. I wanted to get a sense of how they look on the table though. Mostly Loctite Gaps and Cracks foam with styrofoam filler to give them shape.

Coworker gave me a bag of sawdust yesterday. So today I tried making some DIY flocking. Waiting for it to dry but it seems pretty good so far.

I forgot I had put these on the shelf. I threw a heavy brown wash over it and then dry brushed some the green back. It looks...passable. I think I'll finish up the rocks and stuff and call these done.

Quick round of Five Leagues from the Borderland wargaming. A small band of robbers launched a sneak attack on my camp. They got in close and it was looking bad for a minute but a single kill broke their morale. Almost everyone ran and I ruled that the one guy left wasn't dumb enough to stay.

Working on some tabletop terrain. I tried something new: breaking up bits of styrofoam and then dry brushing greens over a black prime. I saw a tutorial on how to make trees using this method and thought it might work for bushes. Not sure I really like the outcome.

Little more wargaming on my day off with 5 Leagues. Thought it was going to go badly for my dudes. There was a heavily armored ratling on the field but we managed to win with only two wounded.

Finally got 5 Leagues from the Borderland on the table. Pretty simple learning battle vs 7 dust hounds. Not sure if did everything right but I won.
