To me, this distinction marks one of the biggest differences in how people approach fashion. And how arguments arise. Sometimes I post outfits like these and someone will say "he looks homeless," as though not having a home automatically means an aesthetic is bad.

fiddling with shapes both for a potential fly halloween costume and to put down ideas on a character ive never really figured out how to stylize right (little devil fly guy). Fly snouts are really cute but tricky to stylize in a way that can make relatable expressions

I cannot BELIEVE how beautiful these both are--seeing this made me so genuinely excited, you crushed it with both characters. I really enjoy how even with a light touch in sketch you can create a lot of shape/shadow. Thank you so much!

comm for @teeth-and-tea.bsky.social of my worm vampires + Hounds interrupting each other's dinner plans! It's so fun to get to draw my own designs, and I had a blast--this was the first big thing I did after working through some major art block. Done with watercolor and pencil in my sketchbook.
