Aggressively building my medical library up in case things get too weird. Looking into expiration timelines for hormones and the like in case my transgender patients and spouse need to stock up. T should be good for 2-3 years if sealed, at minimum.

A couple months ago, the synagogue that shares space with our church needed volunteers for security. It was the High Holy Days and they've received credible threats in the past. My spouse and I were there just being eyes and ears. I hate that we had to, and I hate that I think we'll need to again.
