From CBS News-As of Aug, foreclosure filings had risen six months year-over-year and up 18% from the same period in 25, according to property data firm ATTOM. Through June, roughly 188,000 properties had foreclosure filings, it will surpass the 322,000 U.S. properties that were foreclosured in 2024.
