Indeed. Southern and rural school boards just might have a somewhat different view. Local preachers willing to push their congregations to vote for, ahem, godly candidates/propositions might also differ on the matter.

Trump can only pardon federal offenders. DWI is a matter of state law. Only governors are able to pardon state offenders.

Some people actually tell you that they can get away with murder. Apparently, a large number of voters believe that they won't be victims. Then some of them discover it was no joke.
