good or bad is subjective as hell to begin with and if you feed your brain's negativity bias you'll never get out of thinking your stuff sucks even if it were to improve in apparent quality down the line.

i always try to remember that when i feel like my art isn't up to par (in my eyes), it's bc my eyes are more powerful than my skill level to see my art more objectively. but it also means that my skills are gonna get so powerful! i just need to be kind to myself and keep going 💪
