how do you personally know if one of your behaviors is from your npd or aspd? im assuming you're self-aware of certain triggers and stufff

right!! it's most helpful to me to remember their internal mechanisms to differentiate the cluster bs from each other and other disorders, so thanks (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧

yeah its crazy! there's so little research and so much stigma

i think HPD is underdiagnosed because of gender bias and how it's not taken seriously. tbf im glad that mental health is getting acknowledged more in general by society, but i feel like its not taken seriously enough still
