there's barely a whisper of it. Neither the Chicago Tribune nor the Chicago Sun-TImes carried a single mention of elections on the front pages of their print editions. It's been a long time since the Tribune has had enough national presence to be one of the six newspapers... 2/

Yes, it was a very positive night for those who oppose our would-be dictator of a president, the regime that props him up, and the even darker forces that drive our country's descent into fascism. Way to go east and west coasts, especially Virginia and Georgia.

Coincidence that every part of the White House they have desecrated, destroyed, paved over--the Rose Garden, the East Wing, Jackie Kennedy's flower garden in the East Wing--is the legacy of vision and care by women who shared the blessing and burden of national leadership? There's nothing left now.
