Years ago I was walking my dog around our local river and she was interested in the geese. It puffed up to three times her size a hissed at her. After that we had to take the long way around because she was so scared of them😂

What I love about poetry and your comments in particular, is the way things can be read in multiple ways. You really did see this in one way I intended. Now the other is entirely different. When I was young I was raised very religious and a certain bible verse has always stuck with me.

Thank you my friend. I always try to avoid the words “rot” and “ache” as I think they’re so overused in poetry and especially AI “poetry” but you had such a great picture I had to write for it😊
