I am not the originator of this insight, but: we do not actually know what is ADHD and what is post-traumatic stress, because our society does not produce untraumatized people with ADHD.

Not cheap 😔 though if I recall correctly, the most expensive part for me was paying for all the different drugs I tried during the titration process post-diagnosis, but I was unlucky that it took about 6 months to work out the right drug and prescription for me.
