💭 Ever think of self-awareness skills as something to learn along with good manners as a kid? What could that mean for communication development in the future?
When addressing difficult conversations, the person who can regulate is sacrificial to the one who cannot. This is a burden we take on to engage in meaningful dialogue with those who may disagree with us.
