Never expected them to come through winter, forgot to pull them up, rewarded with flowering plants! Stays this wet might not make it to next spring though.

All to do with the moon's orbit bringing it closer to earth. Making it look much bigger, hence supermoon.

Growing them from seed has been a revelation! With the benefit of not being too sad if i lose them over winter.

Thick yarn, small dog and nothing else to do would just about work. 2 weeks perhaps more realistic.

It is an eater. Crisp with a good balance between sharp and sweet. Lost the label years ago so no idea as to what variety.

The joy of cordons is squeezing more into a space than regular trees. Does seem to have been a good year for stone fruits.
