The Flock CEO sent a bizarre, paranoid, whiny and unsolicited email to the Staunton Chief saying that Flock and law enforcement are under coordinated attack.

Staunton's response: "The City of Staunton wants to make it clear that the Flock Safety CEO’s narrative does not reflect the city’s values."

100% true.

Riverside County has an addiction to fowl play.

Their only hope is to go cold turkey off the Flock cameras.

But kidding aside, we heard that the turkeys escaped from both their captors and the pursuing deputies and are now safe in an undisclosed location until next Thanksgiving.

Worse, Flock is advising the San Jose Police Department to forward the keys, presumably via email, to another company.

Hopefully the SJPD is aware of credential security best practices and distributed the API keys in a secure manner.
